We don’t have the multiple high street branches and the overheads that go with them. By operating from a centralised office and having a team of mobile agents, we can ensure our fees are kept low and competitive.
We will only show your property to properly qualified applicants. Unlike most agents we don't need to satisfy strict company viewing targets so we will only bring serious buyers and tenants to your home. We don't sell mortgages or insurance so we won’t pressure you to see a mortgage consultant or take out rental insurance and we aren’t tied to any solicitor. We just sell and let property because that's what we're good at.
Sales
We will ensure your property is exposed to everyone on our centralised database. Our agents have access to all our buyers in all our areas. Often buyers start their search in one area but they end up buying in another. We can ensure your property is promoted to buyers within and outside your area, thus giving your property maximum exposure.
The chances are the buyer for your home is likely to be living in South West London or East Surrey and already registered with Elizabeth Scott.
Lettings
All of our letting services are fully comprehensive, every new tenancy comes with: full marketing program, accompanied viewings, full tenant referencing, drawing up of tenancy agreements and serving of the Section notices.
You can choose from a let only service, rent collection or full management. We use a team of trusted independent contractors to complete required works and we regularly inspect our properties to ensure they are being kept in tip top shape.
