Elizabeth Scott is the brainchild of Julia Dajani, an estate agent with many years experience in the property market around Barnes, Sheen, Mortlake, Richmond, Kew and Putney.
Tired of the restrictions and spiralling overheads of conventional estate agencies Julia decided to create an agency with the flexibility which both vendors and buyers require in today's changing markets whilst maintaining the high quality of customer service for which she is well known.
Because Elizabeth Scott Ltd has no high rent office to maintain we can offer vendors a quality service at extremely competitive rates.
Elizabeth Scott is set apart from all other online estate agents because we are essentially a local agent. We are not trying to cover the whole of London or indeed the whole of the country like some online agents. We just cover, Barnes, Sheen & Mortlake because that is where our experience and specialised knowledge lies.
We believe expertise can become diluted when agents try and cover too vast an area although we do occasionally have properties from out of the area where we have been asked to handle a clients sale and purchase.
By keeping things local we can ensure we are able to provide the best possible service to our clients.
